Shipping Transit Times (The number of days it takes to ship Standard Ground)
 
Please note:
The map above is a general representation of transit times to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.
Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Example:
A package shipped via Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
 
Same Day Shipping
 
Ty's Toy Box prides itself in being one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. If you place your order Monday - Friday before 3 p.m. Eastern Time, the order will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after the 3 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed between Friday 3 p.m. Eastern Time and Monday 3 p.m. Eastern Time will usually ship that Monday.

Note: The ship date is not included when calculating the estimated delivery date, and only weekdays count as business days (excluding holidays such as Christmas Eve & Day, and New Year's Day).

Examples:

  • Place order Monday after 3 p.m. Eastern Time with 2nd-Day Shipping. It ships Tuesday, and would arrive Thursday.

  • Place order Tuesday before 3 p.m. Eastern Time with 4-day delivery. It ships Tuesday, and would arrive Monday.

Tracking Your Order
 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be assigned and you will be notified via email. You can then track your order online by logging into your account  - be sure to have handy your order number and the email address used to place the order.

The online tracking system will display the most current information on the status of your package and when it is forecasted to arrive at its final destination. Note: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time your order was placed for tracking information to become available
 

 
Oversized Items
 
Oversized items include train tables, play boards, furniture items, large train sets, and other items denoted on the site. Each item will be charged the applicable oversized shipping charges. Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
 
Drop Ship Items
 
Ty's Toy Box offers a large selection of items that may be sent by various shipping carriers depending on where the item is shipping from. Orders that contain items shipping from various locations will arrive in separate packages. Please allow 3 to 4 extra days for shipping these items. Expedited or express shipping may not be available on orders containing these items during checkout.
 
Orders Shipping to International Addresses
 

Ty's Toy Box is pleased to offer shipping  to most international destinations.  Please be advised that coupons and shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
